By skipping the corn syrup and artificial additives found in the store-bought bottles, I focus on a deep, umami-rich profile using pantry staples like garlic and onion powder, zesty lime, and a calculated 'kick' of spice.
I designed this recipe specifically to 'marry' in the fridge for a few days, allowing the flavors to deepen and intensify. Whether you’re serving it at a Sunday brunch or pouring it from a mason jar at a campsite, this base stands up to the ice and spirit, providing a clean, complex finish that highlights the brine of my Spicy Pickled Beans. Combine
In a blender, blend together all ingredients until the celery salt and spices are well incorporated.
I found the best results using a blender, but you can also whisk (or shake if you are using a bottle) everything together well

This is the most important step. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let the clam and tomato flavors marry properly.

Taste it before serving. If you want it more savory, add a splash more Worcestershire; if it's too thick, add a bit more water or lime juice.
