The Border-Town Bold Caesar
Description
Living in the 'Icebox of the Nation,' we know a thing or two about bold choices and crisp winters—but we also know that being right on the border means we get the best of both worlds. The Border-Town Bold Caesar is my signature tribute to the Northland. It’s a bridge between the classic Canadian cocktail and the savory flavors of a Minnesota pantry.
This isn’t your average, watered-down brunch drink. Built on a foundation of my DIY Kickin' Clamato—rich with garlic, onion, and savory depth—and garnished with the unmistakable snap of Spicy Pickled Beans, this Caesar is designed to stand up to the elements. Whether you’re watching the sunset over Rainy Lake or fueling up for a day of fishing on Rainy River, the clean, smoky heat from the Penzey’s Piquins provides a 'kick' that warms you from the inside out. It’s more than a drink; it’s the ultimate 'Flavorful Foodie' companion for life on the border.
