For the signature dressing
Add all ingredients to a blender or smoothie cup and blend until smooth and emulsified.
For the Salad

🔪 Prep the Toppings

Crispy Pepperoni Chips: Arrange the turkey pepperoni in a single layer on a plate and microwave in 30-second increments (usually 60-90 seconds total) until they are crispy. Let them cool slightly—they become crispier as they cool.

Chop Peppers: Remove the pith and seeds from your sweet peppers, then roughly chop them.

Slice Onion: Slice or dice your preferred amount of red onion for a little zing.

Halve Tomatoes (Optional): If you are using cherry tomatoes, slice them in half.

🍽️ Assemble the Bowls
- Build the Base: Divide your spring mix or greens equally between two large bowls.

Layer the Toppings: Evenly distribute all of the prepared toppings over the greens in both bowls. Make sure each bowl gets equal portions of the:

Chopped sweet pepper

Crispy pepperoni chips

Sliced black olives

Diced red onion

Halved tomatoes (if using)

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Finish & Serve: Once you have your signature dressing ready, generously drizzle it over the salad and toss just before serving. Serve immediately, perhaps with that handy breadstick on the side!

Make this your own! Add all of your favorite pizza toppings - how about ham and pineapple??? Bacon - yes, please! Instead of a breadstick, add some nice big crunchy croutons. So many delicious possibilities!
